You will be encouraged to pursue a career path leading to journeman (work with little direct supervision) followed by team leadership, and then by management or master craftsman opportunities.
You will be expected to have a strong work ethic to support your team members and the company to serve customers by delivering on-time, on-quality, on-budget work.
